It’s time to upgrade your Electronic Plansroom (EPR) Membership.

By doing this, you will have access to plans, specifications, and even last minute addenda via your computer anytime, anywhere. A large number of our members have already done this and are enjoying the benefits of this service. No more scrambling at the last minute to find out how many addenda a job has. The EPR offers a whole new way of tracking jobs that the WCA is hosting.

Some FAQs about the EPR.

Q:

If I join the EPR, I think I won’t be able to do my take offs as well.

A:

In actual fact, large, high speed scanners allow us to scan in every job we receive in our physical plans room and place it online. So what you see on your computer is what we have in our physical plans room.

Q:

I don’t want to miss out on any jobs.

A:

All jobs that are listed in the WCA physical plans room are on the EPR.

Q:

What about prints?

A:

One of the great things about the EPR is it gives you the ability to print anything from a job on your own, at your office or home, or wherever you are. If you don’t have the capabilities to print large drawings, you can use the easy on line ordering form and send you print order to the WCA and then come and pick it up or have it delivered.

What training and support is offered?

A:

WCA offers EPR training monthly, or will come to you office and train your staff. Technical support is also available by telephone or email.
