General contractor looking for Full time admin assistant with accounting experience. Responsibilities include answering the phone and emails, searching for tenders and setting up tenders and contracts. Send requests for tender, start up documents, invoices and close out documents.
Assist the project manager with tasks as required including filing, purchasing supplies, etc. Responsible for payroll, accounts payable and receivables, submit monthly draws to architect, owners, etc and follow up as required.
Person must be self motivated and pay attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills.
Wage is negotiable.
