Our Windsor, ON branch is currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the estimation and project management of large contract work.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities
- Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders/contracts;
- Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades; and
- Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
- Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering and/or a related field of study with experience in the Fire Protection industry
- 3-5 years experience with design, installation or sales and Project Management experience in Fire Protection
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
