Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Daily management of accounts receivable and payable and general ledger
  • Collect rent and make bank deposits
  • Administer Tenant Leases and Service Requests for numerous properties
  • Prepare Rent Schedules
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • Common Fee Reconciliation and Tenant Billing
  • Prepare Government and Payroll Remittances (HST, Payroll, Corporate Tax)
  • Prepare T4’s, T5’s and Summary Reports
  • Preparation of Year End Files for Accountants
