A WCA Electronic Plans Room membership gives you access to project information and bidding opportunities in the geographic area of Zone 1, covering Windsor and Essex County; Chatham Kent County & Sarnia and Lambton County. Other Zones are available for an additional cost.

Types of membership
WCA Membership is valid for one year and we offer a first time membership discount.
WCA Base Membership is $925 (HST included) per year (first time members receive membership for $350 plus hst)
Open to general contractors, trade contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers. Includes WCA member benefits and services, including basic access to the online plansroom (Link2Build).
Base membership includes access to these WCA services:
- BASIC access to the Link2Build Zone 1 electronic plansroom, including pre-bid, open biddng and post-bid of projects throughout Southern Ontario
- E-communications and newsletters.
- Member roster listing in the membership directory.
- Member pricing on CCA documents, guides and seals, and CCDC documents, guides and seals.
- Free downloads of resources.
- Education and online training.
- Same day print services.
- Access to member-exclusive networking events.
- Use of classroom and boardroom upon availability.
- Discounted rates on products and services offered through our Affinity Program.
- Commissioner of Oath services.
- Voting privileges.
- Automatic membership in the Council of Ontario Construction Associations (COCA)
WCA Associate Membership is $395 (HST included) per year (first time members receive membership for $150 plus hst) Open to those that do not qualify as a Contractor or Manufacture and Supply Member and which may provide secondary or indirectly related services to the construction services and may include architects, engineers, or service provider which may include bonding companies, insurance companies, brokers, trade journal publishing companies and credit information companies and similar construction industry professionals.
Base membership includes access to these WCA services:
- BASIC access to the Link2Build Zone 1 electronic plansroom, including pre-bid, open biddng and post-bid of projects throughout Southern Ontario
- E-communications and newsletters
- Member roster listing in the membership directory

- Access to over 3,000 projects annually.
- View, print and download all plans and specifications.

- The opportunity to purchase Link2Build access to GTA, including Barrie, for $999 + HST.
