INSTRUCTIONS

(Please read the instructions carefully in order to make sure that all of your Digital Roster information is correct.)

  1. Log in to your membership account at www.WCA.on.ca/member/login and make sure that your information is correct. (If you don't know your user name and password, click the Retrieve My Login Information link)
  2. If you wish to have a logo appear with your digital listing then please upload one on your membership account.
  3. Fill out your personal contact information at the top, completely.
  4. Indicate if you wish to include a feature ad and its appearance frequency by clicking the select button (One, two or three placements).
  5. Indicate if you wish to have your logo appear with your classifed listings by clicking the select button. (You must have a logo uploaded to your account.
  6. Indicate which classified sections you wish your listing to appear in by clicking the select button.
  7. Please review your selections carefully. After you have hit submit your order will be processed and you will be invoiced based on this form.

WEB-LINKED DIGITAL AD

AD CREATION:

Your ad may have any look that you feel appropriate to your business but the button placement in the ad must be placed according to specs in order for the links to work.

(Digital Ad specs: 640px [wide] by 420px [height]. Button location: From the top of the ad to the top of the buttons is 290px and the button can be a max of 75px high. CLASSIFIED SECTION LOGO PLACEMENT

Colour logos can be placed at an additional cost of only $3 per listing (SPECIAL RATE- MORE THAN 10 LISTINGS THE COST IS $2 PER LISTING)

CLASSIFIED SECTION SELECTION

To access the categories alphabetically, click on the corresponding letter below and the appropriate section will appear below. Click on the select button to indicate which sections you wish your listing to appear in.

(NOTE: If you do NOT respond to this order form you will be placed in the same sections as last year and invoiced accordingly.)

(2-5 Listings - $20, 6-10 Listings - $30, Over 10 - $30 + $5 each line over 10.)
